Terms and Conditions

By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided
We offer services including, but not limited to:

  • Decluttering and cleanout assistance
  • Donation pickup and item removal
  • Babysitting and elder companionship
  • Transportation to appointments
  • Gardening, masonry, and general labor
  • Painting (rooms and murals)
  • Art classes and upcycling workshops

Services are provided based on availability and agreed-upon scheduling.

2. Scheduling & Availability

  • Services are primarily offered during daytime “mother’s hours.”
  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance when possible.
  • We will do our best to be punctual and communicate any delays.

3. Payments

  • Pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before services begin.
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted payment methods: [cash, Venmo, Check]

4. Cancellations

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations when possible.
  • Last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling.

5. Donations & Item Removal

  • By providing items for removal or curbside pickup, you confirm that you have the right to give them away.
  • Items may be reused, repurposed, donated, or sold to help offset service costs.
  • We reserve the right to decline items that are unsafe, hazardous, or unsuitable.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Please ensure a safe and accessible environment for services.
  • Clients must disclose any hazards (e.g., sharp objects, mold, unsafe structures, aggressive pets).
  • For transportation services, clients must be ready at the scheduled time.

7. Liability

  • While we take care in providing services, we are not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damage to property
    • Unforeseen issues arising during decluttering or cleanouts
  • Clients agree to release us from liability except in cases of gross negligence.

8. Care Services Disclaimer

  • Elder care and companionship services are non-medical.
  • We do not provide licensed medical or nursing care.

9. Art Classes & Workshops

  • Participants are responsible for their own safety during classes.
  • We are not liable for injuries during workshops or events.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of any changes.

Return and Refund Policy

We aim to provide fair, transparent service. Please review our policy below regarding refunds and returns.

1. Service Payments (Cleanouts, Labor, Care, etc.)

  • Payments for completed services are non-refundable.
  • If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address concerns and, when appropriate, offer a reasonable resolution.

2. Deposits (if applicable)

  • Deposits may be required for certain jobs or bookings.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
  • With proper notice, deposits may be applied to a rescheduled appointment.

3. Cancellations

  • We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
  • Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.

4. Item Sales (Upcycled or Resold Goods)

  • All items are sold as-is.
  • Due to the nature of secondhand and upcycled goods, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

5. Donations & Item Removal

  • Items given for donation, curbside pickup, or removal are considered final and non-returnable.
  • Once items are collected, we cannot guarantee their return.

6. Classes & Workshops

  • Payments for classes or workshops are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of the event.
  • If canceled earlier, we may offer a credit or reschedule option.
  • If we cancel a class, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

7. Exceptions
We may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.
